THE JUNGLE BOOK
PRESENTED AND PERFORMED BY YEAR THREE AND
YEAR FOUR
Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th March
2012
In this adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s classic story,
Mowgli lives in a “multicultural” rainforest. Animals
indigenous to South America, Africa and Asia all live
together in natural harmony. It is only the humans that have
to learn to be a contributing part of the whole. The play
brings alive the urgent need for every one of us to
acknowledge and practise the sacredness of life.
