The Aided School is a trust, a privilege and an opportunity. These
schools with their sites, buildings and often endowments of land,
property or funds were given by our forefathers for a purpose. This is
"the education of children according to the principles of the Church of
England." (Extract from - The Aided Schools Handbook.) Every effort is made to strengthen the link between School and Church. A corporate act of worship is held in St/ Paul's Church or St. Peter's Church on occasions during the school year. |
Rev'd Geoff Eales |
Due to Health and Safety reasons we cannot walk to the Church via Monks Hill, and therefore we will ask for a voluntary contribution towards the cost of transport. Although this is an expensive option to travel to our nearest Church we believe it is money well spent to ensure your child’s safety. The children can walk safely to St. Peter's Church, with which we are also linked. Parents, families and the community are welcomed
to join us every Thursday. This is a special worship that is led
by the Headteacher, a member of the clergy or our children.
